Crunchy Garlic Bun

Recipe originally in Portuguese:

30 gr of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 and a half teacup of warm milk
2 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of salt
2 garlic gloves (chopped) or garlic paste
about 4 teacups of flour
Dissolve the yeast with the sugar,mixall other ingredients,however add the flour slowly ,until getting the right mixture,slightly sticky.Hand roll the buns,place them into an oven tray and wait until the buns double their size.put into the oven 180 c ,when baked ,take them out the oven and spill the coverage on top of each .Return to the oven until the cheese melts.Coverage3 tablespoons of melted butter,salt,garlic paste,1 teacup of parsley (chopped)100gr.of grated parmesan.Mix up everything,prepare while buns are almost baked
